What happens before the camera turns on? Meetings, phone calls, a lot of coffee — and one rule we never break.
Every big surprise starts with a message from the community: 'I know someone who deserves it.' Then comes the part you don't see: we listen, we ask, we figure out what would truly help.
We work with neighbours, teachers and local businesses. We plan every detail — from the shopping to the moment we knock on the door.
And the rule we never break: nothing is published without the person's consent. If someone doesn't want cameras, we do the surprise without cameras. Good doesn't need an audience.
